Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council

Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council manage the SEND and social care transport services for the customers to travel locally to school and other establishments and have recently introduced PaxCM. The transport information has been imported and is now live with early feedback very positive about how well suited the software is to home to school travel in Dudley and how easy it is to use after only a few hours training. Their team are now planning to implement new business processes and efficiency using key features in the system.
